Amber Days — alcohol tracker

Amber Days is a non-judgmental alcohol tracker built on one idea: logging without pressure. Check in daily to track your habits, and crack open the amber each week to discover new items. Keep your journey light — every log is a win here! Add your friends to collect gems together and keep each other going. By design, our server knows only your nickname, streak, friends and gems, never your actual drinks. Your logs always stay local. LOGGING Check in daily to track your drinking habit! - Log “0” for no-drink days - Log any other number for drinking days - Log every day to keep your streak going! THE AMBER Each check-in cracks the amber a little more. Crack the amber open each week to collect different items! FRIENDS Add your friends to start a challenge and steal a little from each other. Your friends only see your progress during the challenge, never what's in your logs. DATA Your logs stay on your device, always local. Export and import to backup and restore. Generate a printable summary anytime. Record first. Know yourself. Act when you're ready. AMBER DAYS PRO Amber Days starts with a 30-day free trial.
