This is the first place I have found different soundscapes that help me focus on various tasks.
I don’t use it for sleep but to help quiet my mind to focus on the task in hand whether studying, reading or crafting mindfully.

I want to switch the music off
Hi. I love the pictures and I’d love to listen to the natural sounds but the music ruins it. Can you please let us choose to turn the music off?
