Very happy with the app

Time to get started !

So far in the first chapter I have been encouraged and had a lot of insight from the modules designed for my ADHD, no Stress or deadlines. The task is complete and I get to keep up a streak that I set myself. The hardest part is keeping at it, so little moments should keep me in the loop.

Second Best Time is Now

I’m late diagnosed with AuDHD and before I found out, I was gathering all these science-backed resources together to create a system in Notion. This tool centralizes and simplifies many of those concepts and adds practice and quiz elements to it so the habits stick better. My favorite part is the measuring progress over time in areas that I struggle with. I wish I had found this app sooner, but second best time is now!
