Preying on ADHD people. Beware

What a shame. I really wanted to like this app and hoped it could make a real difference on how I manage my adhd symptoms. However following my experience with them, I cannot reach any other conclusion than thinking they are actually targeting the community they are supposed to help.
In a few words, I tried the app for 2 solid months then decided it wasn’t working for me and cancelled my subscription. However instead of going ahead with it they sneakily stopped taking payments from my PayPal account and instead switched to taking payments directly through my bank debit card. This, without my consent or even informing me. I ended up paying an extra £364 over 13 months without realising it. When I asked them for a refund they just offered to refund 1 month - £28. Now I just spent 5 hours researching legal recourse, building my case and talking to my bank in the hope of getting my money back. And it’s just the beginning. How is that for helping people who naturally struggle handling administrative tasks and often miss details? I would say they are doing pretty well using their understanding of ADHD symptoms… against us. Please just beware.

My favorite app

Inflow has been a tool, that worked well for helping put my ADHD characteristics in perspective and skills to improve !!! You should try it!
