Impossible de résilier : tromperie !

Il est impossible de résilier avant la fin de la période d’essai et j’ai été prélevé de 99€ alors que je souhaitais ne pas continuer : c’est une arnaque !

It’s good but….

I find the app really helpful but I have one problem i already created account and wanted to apply for 1 free year - program as I’m unable to afford I submitted the form for it with the email i used for the free trial it even asked me to click on agreement but I didn’t get any mail or anything mentioning about the free one year what went wrong ?

Unable to Cancel

I canceled inflow 2 years ago. I have been unable to get them to stop charging me for 3 years now. This is a scam, do not download!

Abbuchung trotz Stornierung

Vorsicht!

Don’t waste your time costs money

It costs to use but you don’t know that until they gathered all your info making an account. What a waste of time

So much here!!

Very comprehensive! There are spaces in the app for different kinds of learning and reflection from quick 4 min. Lessons to 40 min webinars to peruse. There are spaces for open ended musings and very pointed comprehension quizzes. Take it all or parts of it when time allows. I’ve already learned so much in one week.

excellent but horrendously expensive

5 stars except for the price. i have gained a lot learning about myself and adopting strategies they suggest

Je m’inscris jusqu’à ce que je vois que c’est payant

J’en cherche depuis très longtemps des applis comme ça, avec mon TDAH c très difficile de trouver des applis compréhensible 😮‍💨

Insightful & educational

The presentations & exercises have given me great insight into behaviors I can work on & have helped me accept myself.

Wow

I just started this and I’m amazed at how much I can see myself in just about everything

Too Expensive

I’m giving this one star for the fact that this app is outrageously expensive! The developer has made it out of reach…not many people can afford nearly $50 per month for an app. Would be nice if you could come up with a cheaper option for people who aren’t able to afford it.

I deleted this app within hours of starting the free trial.

I use unique email addresses and phone numbers for every service I sign up for so I can identify when my information is shared or misused. Less than four hours after creating my Inflow account, I received a text message on the phone number that I had only ever used for Papa John’s. While I can’t say with certainty how it happened, the timing was concerning enough that I no longer trusted the service with my data.

What made things worse was trying to delete my account. Instead of providing a straightforward in-app process, I was directed to a Notion page to request deletion of my data. It felt unprofessional, was unnecessarily difficult to navigate, and didn’t inspire confidence that a company handling sensitive personal information takes privacy seriously.

Based on my experience, I won’t be using this app again.

“Free trial” scam

I have no idea how I signed up for a three month free trial. I didn’t have any sign up emails or even a log in/password but just randomly got charged $200. I’m assuming it’s my own error but also that this app has dark UX. A sneaky free trial for ppl with ADHD that they have to remember to cancel and don’t even remember signing up for is predatory imo

Recycled lifehacks and AI, waste of money plus constant emails

The module on Task Avoidance is literally just first-page-of-google results: “break it into smaller steps,” pomodoro, Eisenhower matrix, SMART goals.
Great, I tried all of these things for years when I didn’t know I had ADHD. They’re not built for ADHD brains.
Once you complete the module, it directs you to an obsequious AI chatbot that offers nothing more than ChatGPT for free.

I’m so disappointed an app with resources and professionals is using predatory marketing to reel in people with ADHD who are seeking help, only to force you into a locked path of the most basic “life hacks” you’ve already tried.

Bonus: it also gives you a new task to avoid! I got 20 emails from Inflow during my trial. TWENTY. Ridiculous.

Don’t waste your time. Hope this saves someone else the feelings of defeat and disappointment.

Predatory Scam

Avoid this app at all costs. They have double charged me and many other users. They do not answer any queries through their email. They advertise a very accommodating refund policy which seems to be a scam. After my trial I cancelled my subscription but was charged twice. Despite multiple attempts to contact them at the only available email address on their site, they have not replied after two months. There are better options available that do not prey on users. I am shocked this app is still allowed on the App Store.

I got charged after cancelling my free trial

I got charged even though I have cancelled my free trial, it’s almost impossible to get in touch with the customer service team through the app it’s because it designed to exploit us not to help.

Admitting it’s real

I have been on inflow for a week now and it has helped me with the small bite sized information and the lack of pressure. The platform is also a good step in being okay with maybe being built differently. It’s a step on the path to getting a therapist to.

Excellent customer service

Prompt and helpful response!

Scammers

They won’t let me in to stop app

always wanting money

i literally answered a whole questionnaire to find out its $30 a month at the end of
