Great app, but I don’t receive any notification regarding shift swapping or schedule published on iPhone.
Log book notes
I have seen this app looks different as the Log book notes is worse than every other app. So hard to find and create a log book.
It should be boxes for each day so everyone can created easily.

Widget Feature?
I’m new to this app and the layout is easy to understand so far! I just downloaded it for my new job.
I found I personally like widgets because it makes the more important stuff bigger and easier for me to remember, I noticed that wasn’t an option here.
Is there any way we could make this an option for iPhone? Similar to the Pokémon Go widget where it shows your daily spins/field research, but circles indicating when your shifts are during the week? That would be awesome!!

Decent app for scheduling
The app is good for scheduling, swapping shifts, and also seeing people’s availability. It also helps with employee management, and it helps a lot with keeping track of hours for payroll.

The app works, but it's clunky and poorly designed. Compared to other similar apps like 7 shifts it is severely lacking.
No Notifications on IPhone
This App was great until about May - now I no longer get alerts about shifts or messages. There is no option to turn on notifications on iPhone. I’ve missed quite a few shifts for pickup so this is super disappointing
Slowest app I’ve ever used
Frustrated with waiting 5-10 minutes just for the app to load at all and then another 5 for it just to load the interface wrong, and another five just for my schedule and any messages to appear (don’t worry though you can’t even open them for ANOTHER six-ten minutes, and that’s if they even appear which they don’t)
And no, it’s not my wifi or anything else as everything else is fast loading. This app just sucks.
It took 11 mins 20 seconds just for it to load and I STILL can’t see anything. This is a DAILY issue. And if I try resetting it, it takes even longer. It’s several days to weeks of this.

Notifications
I never receive notifications from this app, there is no option in device settings for my phone , my friend see a notification tab in settings but i don’t, this is …… , even apple support cant help with this..
Not my favourite
They should really add an area for employees to view their calculated hours and money made that week, like some other apps do. Also this crashes a lot

I am able to login ln website but not the app. Worst

Sometimes the app works fine but the rest of the time it’s just stuck loading for a long time, I have to close and open it a bunch for it to finally work

Horrible app constantly crashing and never loads. I hope the developers decide to do something real with their life. Because this is sad
Sync to calendar?
How is there no “sync to calendar “ option. The main purpose of the app is scheduling and in 2024 I still can’t sync my shifts to my iPhone’s calendar.
Just use the website lol.
Why should we need to wait almost a minute and a half to see our schedule? By the time the app has loaded and given you a stupid survey, you could have already signed into the website manually.
Push notifications don’t work
Even though I have all my notification setting turned on I don’t get any notifications from this app.
