Not intuitive

Have struggled with this app since my employer switched to Anthem. Not user friendly with clear links.

Red tape

You are making me jump through so much red tape to get a claim paid for a covered procedure. It has been almost a year and multiple appeals and medical letters of necessity sent and each time I call or the provider calls there are more forms that suddenly need to be completed. This is ridiculous!

List wrong primary doctor, states I need my annual exam which I just had two weeks ago!

No Apple Wallet ID option

Why is there no option to add my ID card to Apple Wallet? It’s 2026. This app is so behind the technology curve. It functions slow and doesn’t have many features. It is essentially the website with no modern features.

Terrible claims submission process

You have to jump through hoops and give your left arm to find claims submission OA app. Big fat thumbs down

Decent with some opportunities

The app itself is decent. I like being able to select my doctors in one visual and I like the communications in the app tailored from my employer. I would like to see a better user interface when seeing claims. The Anthem app does well at this. I want to see each claim individually and organized. I would also like to see the digital ID able to added to Apple Wallet. Those two fixes alone would make this five stars for me.

Horrible

Probably the worse insurance you can have. You have to pay for the insurance for an entire year before they actually cover anything. What a waste of money. What am I paying you for then
