App works for iPhone but not Android
Our cruise is two weeks away and I’ve installed the app on my iPhone and my wife installed on her Android phone. I can sign in and the app appears to work fine however, when signing in on my wife’s phone she receives a message stating the app only available once on board the ship. Per a call to ACL, it’s MY phone that has a glitch as I shouldn’t be able to see any content yet. So her’s shows nothing and that’s per design yet content is available on my iPhone and that’s a bug?? Interesting!

Logging In
One must log in each time you open the app. Cannot choose a username. It’s your booking number which you either need to memorize or carry with you.
Not Compatible with iPhone 17 Pro
The app could be wonderful, but it will not allow scrolling down the pages. For the “Menu Selections,” you cannot scroll down to access the submit button. Also, you have to re-login each time it is opened, even if it is a few seconds.
On the Android device, used by my fiancé, she can scroll down pages, and it keeps her logged in.

App does not scroll
Just got this for an upcoming cruise (2 weeks from today) and the app does not scroll properly so the only the top part of the info is visible and accessible on every page in the app. Cannot see nor interact with the rest of any page. page
Needs to be Fixed
The app is supposed to be able to help you choose your lunch and dinner options, but on all of the pages, I couldn’t scroll at all and the app was slow.
