Communication is horrible
I have financed with them before and paid off no issue, I went to finance another one I went to hit “pay & sign E-Docs” their system said error and charged me 5 separate times!!! They have yet to refund me and when I contact them they all act so clueless. Mackenzi no help, Gustavo no help, Jonathan Barrera no help hung up while I was at American freight trying to finalize the deal. Knew he was helping me too and hung up anyways. They are a pain in the absolute butt to deal with!!!!!

Worst App Ever , Couldnt Sign in
This company screwed me over I tried the early buyout method every day and I couldnt even get into my account now my buyout is doubled ??? American First finance screwed me over!
Disappointed
Worst app I’ve ever used. They changed the sign in process, and I could not sign in to my account. I did everything support told me to, and it still didn’t resolve it. The only way I can see my account info is to sign in online. It’s not user friendly at all if you can’t sign in.

After paying off more than 10 loans with them , nothing change on my finances , income work etc and 2 hrs trying to apply cause here you can’t , you need to go here etc and after so much time lost they didn’t approved me on the app !!! Smh so I call and I ask if I did something wrong and nobody could help me . Ugly customer service
