The employee at the American first credit union in Eastvale , California are always very friendly and willing to help.
Great choice
I have been a member for over 30 years . Never had a problem with them until recently. Since august of 2024 I have had problems with fraudulent transactions. But other than that , they’re excellent in customer service 95 percent of the time .

It was a big change, however enjoying the stability of the new version of the mobile app compared to the old version is amazing.
system upgrade broke everything
whatever update they pushed out broke the system. 4 day update for this? I already went to the bank to fix my account, and now it looks like I need to go again.

I like the website a lot better before you updated it. I can’t go back and look at my banking account activities or if I can I don’t know how.
Disappointing
I’ve been a member of this credit union for years and have generally been satisfied, but the recent update to the online banking site is a major disappointment. The new layout is confusing and doesn’t show any of my transactions, making it impossible to keep track of my finances. This update was supposed to make things easier, but it feels like a step backward. I hope this is just a temporary glitch, but if not, I’d strongly urge the credit union to reconsider this change. The previous system worked just fine, and I’d appreciate a return to something more user-friendly.

Zelle feature missing in the new update?
I noticed the Zelle feature is missing in the new update. I’ve tried logging in the app and also mobile banking on my desktop but I cannot find Zelle. It is becoming very inconvenient. I downloaded the Zelle app but it keeps redirecting me to the American First Credit Union app. Also blocking all services during the maintenance is just unbelievable. Time to look for another financial institution!

WHY
WHY DID EVERYTHING CHANGE?! IT WAS EASIER TO USE FACE ID TO GET INTO THE APP AND NOW I GOTTA GO THROUGH LOTS OF PAPERS JUST TO RE LOGIN AGAIN?! MY RENT WAS DUE LAST THURSDAY AND I HAVENT BEEN ABLE TO PAY IT BECAUSE OF THIS "ERROR"
