Doesn’t work!

I logged in to the loan administration website and that worked
I tried logging in using precisely the same details on this app, said I wasn’t registered

Difficult trying to make payment

This is one of the most difficult do use when trying to make the payment you don’t know if you already set it up as an auto pay to come out because it doesn’t show you if you already said it to come out automatic so you’re free that you’re making the payment twice. Should be an easier process to recognize if you’ve already set up a reminder to pay on the side.

Thank you for the feedback regarding our mobile application. Currently, there are two ways to determine if there are scheduled payments on your loan. On the first tile that is presented when you log in, 'Next Scheduled Payment' information should be listed about halfway down in that tile. It will either display the next payment date and amount that is scheduled or indicate 'You don't have a payment scheduled'. The other way is to choose 'View Loan' from that first tile, then choose 'Payment Center'. There is an option on that page of 'Payment schedule/View your scheduled payments' that will display any scheduled payments. If you are not seeing either of those options for your loan, please reach out to us at 844 814 7788 so we can investigate further.

Nice when it works

This is a great app when it lets you log in. Seems like every few months I have to call customer service and have my password reset. I don’t understand why this happens.

We apologize that are you are having issues with the password not working every time. The password should not reset itself and should only require you to change it every 180 days. If you continue to have an issue with the password, please contact Customer Care at 844-814-7788 and ask them to elevate this to the Servicing Solutions team for further research/review.

Doesn’t work anymore

Was working fine, for months. Now it’s saying I’m not registered and it won’t let me get past the login screen. Too. Ad because I really liked it. Update, I was able to reset my password and I now can access my mortgage and all is well.
