Very weak App
The app is very weak and basic and needs a massive enhancement.
Be careful: AMEX KSA claims that 1 USD = SAR 3.75 (Fixed). While in fact they charge you SAR 3.76 when you settle the amounts via SADAD, without any further notice!

Super silly experiences
I’ve requested to be enrolled to the rewards program, and i got a confirmation email alongside the balance (points). When I requested the first order i got a response that I’m not eligible as I’m not a member! Emails are there and I’ve shared a copy of these emails to the senders with no response, over two weeks, no body came back with a solution no matter what!

Useless app
Useless app unfortunately, you can’t do much with it, error messages every time you try to do anything. Not user friendly at all.

Extremely bad app
This app is a shame to Amex! Its extremely slow and cheap looking and does not live up to Amex standards. The app is less than basic, the visuals are horrible and there is nothing you can do on the app except see what you spent and add a trip planner thats it!! It looks like the app cost them $100 to make

Apple Pay
Most of the cards are supporting Apple Pay. Visa ,MasterCard even debit card. AMEX when are you going to enable this option??? why are you are the last to implement or didn’t even started!!!!!

Face ID keeps signing me in
Pros:
- Smooth
- Shows transactions, points, ...etc
- Settings are reasonable but not comprehensive
Cons:
- The app doesn’t work properly with iPhone X. It keeps signing me in using FaceID even after sign off
- Very simple look and function - it needs to look professional
- Updating info in the app doesn’t seem to work
- Some taps are linked to take you to the browser instead of listing the content in the same app
- No need to show credit limit/line

The App logo looks like it's a radio App or something, the way it used to look is much more professional.
برنامج مفيد
البرنامج بشكل عام جيد ومفيد ولاكن عندي ملاحظات:
١- لماذا تم تغيير اسم وشعار البرنامج
٢- العمليات لا تظهر فوراً في البرنامج تأخذ وقت
٣- البرنامج يعرض الحد الائتماني للبطاقة والرصيد المستخدم لماذا لا يتم اضافة الحد الائتماني المتبقي ليسهل معرفته بدون عملية حسابية
٤- لماذا لا يقوم بعرض العروض والخصومات المقدمة لمستخدمين البطاقات
١- لماذا تم تغيير اسم وشعار البرنامج
٢- العمليات لا تظهر فوراً في البرنامج تأخذ وقت

Dear sir, it's very strange restriction not allowing your app to run on jail broken device . I have never face this issue with many banking and corporate apps with high security standers. 2nd even if some it guy in your firm think jail break reduce security , please remind him it is personal matter and you should not interfere. For example you not interfere with a user using a PC with so many viruses and malware with zero security exposing all his info to a hacker when logging to your site . Please review your security strategy for the benefit of your customers .
