Frustrating app. What the heck???
Been Down for 2 weeks
Unable to log in with member # first and last name for 2 weeks. No one has an answer on when it will be back up. Frustrating
Many Improvements - better than ever
I have only used the AMFAM app since 2021 - but noticed many improvements in the app during this time. Appreciate being able to register for multiple classes, having a calendar drop down menu, and like the active links for teacher info. There is also a helpful option to get notifications when classes open for registration.
Suggestions for the next app update is to change the font color - the pale blue is tough to see on white - maybe use bigger fonts (many folks use mobile and we quickly glance and so a medium to large font makes it easy while on the go)
Also check the home page as it has white font over the photos and some of the titles cannot be read (white on white or white on tan cannot be read and it looks bad) so perhaps change the photos to show the white font or have a black bar where the titles go.

Very frustrating
Lost my wallet access. Loved it in the old app when I could put amfam in my wallet and can’t do that anymore. Like goes backwards in tech. Also the app just isn’t good.
Can’t login
The app doesn’t use your member login and password from the AFF website. You have to create a separate account just for this app but the only way you can do that is by knowing your barcode number for your account which I don’t know and the front desk personnel didn’t know either. There’s no way to create an account by any other method like most apps have. Absolutely frustrating.
