Difficult sign up process
If anything is entered wrong or left blank it says to fix it then closes. It was a very frustrating sign up process.

Miserable
If you have multiple cars it will absolutely just steal money from you. The UI is terrible and sometimes it just randomly flips to a different car with no way to change it after the purchase so it forces you to purchase a second parking pass. Miserable and greedy app.
Payment issue
I’ve used this since freshman year of college. Now that I’m a junior and need to use it only 2 days a week every single time it says payment processing error. I’ve deleted the account and restarted and still nothing.

I payed for a parking pass with my vehicle, and still got ticketed by the campus! I went to ask their security, and they said they have no affiliation with you guys! So why sell parking passes to places where you don’t operate?! Expect me to not only refuse the charge with my credit card company, but also for an investigation into your company’s scamming practices!

Terrible UX
First time user, slew of terrible user experience and user interface flows.
1. No autocomplete/autofill nor auto capitalize on any of the forms
2. I missed an input field (email) and when I pressed submit it told me I didn’t enter it, and made me go back to a fully cleared form with no autofill once again. Absolute waste of time
3. Overall clunky UI, some button colors are white on a slighter different shade of white making it hard to figure out what a button does
^ devs, plug the above into Claude code or cursor and you’ll have a fix within 5-10 minutes

DOES NOT WORK!!!
So I downloaded the thing, put all my information in and on the home screen there’s nowhere to even say I wanna park! it just shows a map of where you are and that’s it.
There’s nowhere to interact with it to put in the parking information. The menu has a bunch of choices, but again, nowhere to initiate a function to pay for parking!!!
It’s completely useless. I wish I could give it zero stars.

Shouldn’t be difficult. Take me back to when I stick a quarter in the parking meter.

This is literally the worst app I have ever used. I am not exaggerating. I can’t think of a way it could be worse.

The app UI is falling apart. After purchasing a parking permit the app did not show the timer like it used to, making me think that the purchase had failed. I checked purchase history and saw no permit for today in my history. After AMP's recent failure I decided to err on the side of caution and reattempt the purchase. Only to find 2 simultaneous permits in my purchase history after checking. Never using this app again. I hope my university drops their contract with this subpar service ASAP.

This app is terrible. Hire a proper app developer and not a 10 year old kid or remove the app from the AppStore. Pay a proper app developer to make your app works better.

Poorly designed app is straight out of 2011
Wow no way I can pay for parking on my iPhone 4!? Jokes aside, I think app devs from 15 years ago at least knew how to consistently scale menu icons. AMP Park feels out of place on my iPhone. Users expect a native, well-designed mobile app that supports OS features like Apple Pay. I am in the process of convincing my university to save money and improve the UX by building their own native app and backend to handle parking. Good riddance

worst parking app out there
This app is glitchy, buggy, and doesn’t work. If I could give zero stars, I would. It will say that parking is paid when it isn’t, and then I get ticketed. This app has costed me hundreds in parking tickets. If I buy parking during the evening, the next day the app tells me that I “met my pass limit for the day,” and I can’t do anything in the app. can’t recommend it any less.
