Amuse used to be really good a few years ago. im not sure what happened, but the quality of service has dropped astronomically.
My last 4 or 5 music releases were either released incorrectly, or not at all until I brought it up to them. Customer support is an unhelpful ai chatbot until you email them. then you will have a good two weeks of back and forth with multiple people at amuse named Ava, Fiona, and Emma who none of which could help. they are not interested in helping independent artist or fixing THEIR mistakes and they will beat around the bush for weeks. ii do not recommend. do your research on distro services. they are greedy, money-hungry, & unhelpful. they will probably reply to this with a very vague response that makes me look dumb and them look better. that's to be expected. dont waste your time or money. They are not looking to help your art, just taking money

Why I Hate Amuse
I hate this app even more now. I just keeps glitching for no reason. The “Next Button” just keeps on loading, and getting greyed out 24/7.
Unusable, poorly designed app.😕
this app, after paying 30 dollars, will reject your music and freeze your account via a bot. its really disappointing, as it was recommended to me as a good app but instead it like you wasted 48 hours of your life, and to add insult to injury, it also took my money and and pretended that we didn't exist and i had to go to apple to refund it. very poorly designed, and would prefer any other distributor to this one, if you can call it that.

These people will permanently ban you and they will never explain why. They will freeze your account and you can’t get your royalties. They will flag your singles and albums unfairly
Poor service and response time
Extremely disappointing support. It's been over 3 weeks since I requested my Official Artist Channel (OAC), despite repeated follow-ups. Amuse incorrectly mapped my music to another artist's profile, seriously impacting my visibility, audience growth, and promotion. Slow communication and lack of timely resolution make it very difficult to trust the platform with my music.

Amuse is probably one of the best music disruptions you can use.
All you have to do is follow the instructions when making a release. Like make sure the art cover is exactly what you named the album, let it know if its anything extra, and dont release copyrighted songs. Other than that, your releases stay live forever. They just take royalties from your albums worth.

Been using these guys for years. I stopped about a year ago because they started charging for collaborator accounts. Otherwise support is solid and responsive. Only other issue is that I get an error now for months when trying to withdraw my money on the app. Only works on the website.
Terrible Client Support
You can’t find a live person to assist you to save your life. If the platform glitches, and it has for me, good luck is all I can say. They might be the least expensive but who cares if you can’t find real customer service.

I found this app great and since I have only made 2 songs and posted them amuse gave them to around 3@ stores each and £22 a year for an artist is a steal but please make it so that there can be stops in the song like when I was doing a song it needed to be fixed because there was gaps where I duplicated it but overall this app is underrated and thanks for giving me a topic channel and can you please make the moderation to check the song review so it takes a little less time and anyways this app is great and I definitely recommend it and it is worth the money

I had to upgrade for the 3rd year in a row cause these guys can’t quite decide what a subscription is. They love to take away features you payed for in the middle of the year, their agents LIE on the dime, and they purposefully have glitches in the app they CHOOSE not to fix that WILL inevitably screw over your release day. And you’re probably thinking “where’s the support” and that’s what I’m wondering too! And don’t tell me to text your ai robot bs, I want a real human to talk to about the problems YOUR humans make! So please amuse. Try and set your record straight and maybe use the millions you make every year on idk ACTUAL PEOPLE FOR SUPPORT??

Absolute horrible distributor no customer service linking different artists to my music. App is complete garbage so is their desktop version. If you want to save yourself a headache and money. And time go with distro. Kid
Good app that constantly kicks you out of your account
The app is great when it doesn’t bug out I get kicked out of my account weekly and have to jump through 30 different a hoops to get back into my account just for the verification code process to not want to work at all so I am locked out for a period amount of time because it doesn’t wanna copy all of the numbers FOR GODS SAKE PLZ just let me type the numbers in it’s extremely frustrating considering the long process of getting things made and posted for songs I’m just tryna check numbers but I can’t do that because I can’t get into my account because it won’t do the verification function
