Worth knowing
App not working after iOS update
App only shows a blank screen after update to iOS 16 and iPadOS 16. Something needs to be updated.

I used the earlier version all the time and it was very efficient. Then I accidentally deleted it. When I went to the App Store to reinstall it, it was gone and was replaced by a new version. This is a huge step backwards. The new view version does not work. Please let me have the original version back!!!

This app is really frustrating and is a time waster. Having to start a ticket to address y’all’s issues tells the user that YOU don’t even use this app. Stop playing.

Couldn’t find basic words
This app is terrible
Basic features work fine, Points sort is gone, I miss ‘board tiles’
Works smoothly for me, tho the filter I chose (Points) stays present only while I have the app open on top. If I switch to another app, my filter option (Points) goes away, only the basic 4 filters are there AND now I can no longer see the menu Points was on.
The ‘new’ screen has a different configuration than the one I used just moments before. Even on quit/reload, sorting by ‘Points’ is nowhere to be found. Is there sorting by Length? Did not see that.
Missing the Board Tiles feature that makes the web version so flexible.
Why are there options I’ve never noticed on the web version? ‘Starts with, Ends with, Contains, and Pattern’ were not part of my web experience of Anagrammer. I won’t use them.
Back to the web version for me. Will watch for an app update. Thank you for your help.

Problems
Your download version has a couple of problems making it impractical to use. Primarily the advance filters don’t work. Then, in order to list the words by point value I have to open up the drop down and hit “points” AFTER each new search. This is redundant and a waste of time. Every time I go to the site .... or better yet, permanently..... the settings should remain the way I’ve initially set them until I decide to change them. The internet version has neither of these issues.

I apologize for the issues you are having. With regards to the "Advanced Filters" not working, we can't confirm this report and would be happy to work through this with you over email. Please open a ticket through http://feedback.anagrammer.com so we can verify and correct the issues you reported. We are also unable to confirm that settings are not being saved. For example, when I select Capitalize Words ON and close the app, during next launch, that setting is still on ON etc. Please contact us so that we can figure out more clearly what issue you are having and include in our next bug fix release.
