Request to lower payment
The bank refused to consider lowering my payment after missing NONE for the life of the loan because I live in an “Unapproved “ state.

I had the most difficult time starting an automatic withdrawal for a new car payment. I accidentally made a payment twice. So the first withdrawal for the automatic payment is in June. The main issues was not accepting password and timeout on the account. Hire me.. I’ll do better programming on those 2 issues. I have plenty of time. I’m retired.

App never working
About every 2-3 months my app just completely stops working for a few days. It won't let me us any features, showing old balances from days ago, and then won't even let me log in at times due to a "error"
Not user friendly
Why can't I see my loan or my loan amount? I need to use a third party site to pay my loan? What kind of bank is this?
Easy
I am happy for the ease of use. One thing I do not like is the change in images. I can no longer see details on deposits. Otherwise it is good!

Can rarely find what I need
This app interface is extremely frustrating! I need to change my password & cannot find where to do that. I need to get my yearly tax form & cannot find them. Argh!!!
Great app
I have nothing but great things to say about this app, it is easy to get, it’s free, it’s easy to navigate and so easy and safe to understand. Only 1 time I had to use the live chat to ask a question and the response was immediate and very professional and helpful. My payments go through right away and without any problems and I get balances and statements quickly after.

Can’t pay car loan from app
I can login to my car loan from the ANB app and ANB website. But I can’t pay the loan from the app or website. I need to login to a different website “profitstars” to pay the loan. Then what is the point of having an app if I can’t pay my car loan from it?

Solid app. Overall very user friendly. I LOVE the app over using a website version, which I have found to be very mobile unfriendly. My only complaint is that it can be difficult to decipher transaction lines, particularly with transfers between accounts.
