Great app, efficient and easy to use
This app, is very well suited for everyday spin cyclists and yogis. It keeps track of your account and updates any information you wish to add. It keeps the two programs spin and yoga separate so you can choose to schedule your spin classes without confusing it with yoga classes. Overall a very effective app.

Terrible app
I love AY&C but this app is absolutely terrible. Every single time I book a class it freezes on that page and then I have to close out of the app and reopen to book another. Also, it gives the option to book a class repeatedly, and then if you choose that option it tells you you can't do that. Really bad app

I have always been greeted warmly and as a newbie to yoga I wasn't intimidated. So far I have only been to a few classes and one instructor but I am going to make this a habit for sure!

A great place to work out the Kinks
If you haven't tried hot yoga, you owe it to yourself to do it at least once. Back in the day I used to be an athlete, so I can appreciate the exercise, the work out, and the sweat factor. Not to mention clearing the mind and cleansing the body. Staff are all very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They are not the yogi Nazis that us "not flexible" people have to worry about. Everything is done in an encouraging manner to help me get the best experience that I can. And the new facility is a plus too. I bought the 30 coupon package.

Convenient
I'm so happy anchorage yoga has an easy to use app. I'm able to reserve a spot, see the schedule and plan my week in advance. I love anchorage yoga!
