This app has been of such great value to the work and research I do in regards to Ancient Greek texts. The dictionary is the part I use the most, but all aspects are useful and easy to use. I hope that one day there will be an AI translator upgrade.
Use it everyday!
I use this app daily. It’s the full version of the big Liddell and Scott dictionary for a tenth of the cost if purchased through Logos Software.
Cannot access the “Beta Code” or “Reverse”
Do not pay for this app until all the features are available again. Currently 2/3 of the dictionary functions are not selectable on the interface.
Abandoned?
This was a great app, and could still be a great app, but it hasn’t been updated in four years. Reverse and beta code lookup no longer work. Will it survive the App Store removal of unupdated apps? Let’s hope so.
Good but reverse search is broken
Good app to have as a lexicon on your phone. However, the English to Greek search has been broken for some time so that I am not able to select and use it.

Stopped updating?
I love this app and have used it for years but now the Betw and Reverse sections of the dictionary don’t work?
Not as good as its Latin counterpart
SPQR has Latin-English and English-Latin dictionaries, and an excellent Latin parser that I found very useful when learning the language . In contrast this app only has Greek-English despite advertising English-Greek, at least on my iPad. (The English button is greyed out.) This app also lacks a primer.

Great and handy app
This and the Latin app are my go to dictionary apps while reading texts.
The only issue I have is that the beta code and reverse search options seem to no longer work. Maybe this is an iOS update problem?? Running iOS 13.5.1.

Brilliant resource
This is a great app and has an excellent collection of literature. My only issue is that I can’t seem to search in reverse mode (it appears but is blocked when I try to choose it). The same is the case with the Beta-code mode. Does anyone have an answer for this?
Not working properly on latest OS
I am unable to switch between pages on the latest version of ios. Disappointing that development on this app seems to have been abandoned

Wow, five minutes with this app and it has ALREADY paid for itself! I, like many, am leaning koine, as opposed to classical, Greek and the dictionary has been indispensable!
Cannot switch between modes in dictionary
After updating to iOS 13, I cannot switch between different modes in dictionary. Those little boxes are no longer responsive. My device is iPhone Xs. Please fix this problem.
Magnificent
This is an astonishingly brilliant App. I am lucky having studied Classical Greek as a student: but that was a long time ago and this collection of reference guides, besides a first-rate selection of the very best in the literature, provides everything that you could ever want for enjoyment of Greek language and culture at a really high level of reading and study. Worth every obol!

Great App
It’s very similar to SPQR. Two suggestions though: on the home page it’s be cool to have the quotes in Greek as well. It’d also be really nice to have the Greek New Testament or some church fathers.

I wish I had this app back in college when I was taking my Ancient Greek language course. The dictionary aspect is amazing and the fact that there are so many texts in both its original Greek and in English is awesome! I can tell real passion went into this. Thank you for making this!
Good effort
Similar to , but faster than online searches. Alas, unless I missed them, the app is missing the definitions of abbreviations/reference notes.
