Worthless. I assumed it would automatically count reps. Shouldn’t have to tap to restart every time

All this does is update a counter when the button is pushed or will give you a set interval of seconds counted up or down each time a button is pushed. You can almost get the same functionality from the built-in clock app. I was looking for a pacing timer for PT. This is not it.

Just a simple timer. Will not count reps and time at same time.
Perfect counter for exercises!
I could never count both how long to hold a position and keep track of how many times I have done the particular exercise. This does both in a very simple to use way.
