However, we deeply understand that limiting the copy/paste workout feature, which you have been using seamlessly for years, feels like a major restriction and inconvenience to your routine. Your feedback as a loyal user is highly valued, and we will take your disappointment to heart. 説明なしの機能制限
筋トレ記録アプリにおいて、過去のメニューを呼び出して再利用できることは、記録を継続するうえで非常に重要な機能です。
新しい便利機能をPro限定にするなら理解できますが、これまで使えていた機能を突然制限し、課金しなければ使えないようにするのは、ユーザー体験を大きく損なう対応だと感じました。
特に、過去のメニューはユーザー自身が積み上げてきた記録。
それを読み込み・コピーできなくする形で有料プランへ誘導するのは、価値を追加して課金を促すのではなく、不便にして課金を促す悪手です。
さらに問題なのは、この変更について事前告知や説明が見当たらなかったことです。利益のために有料化が必要だとしても、ユーザーに理解を求める姿勢がないまま突然使えなくするのは不誠実かと。
レビュー返信では「ユーザー様のご意見を大切にし、ご要望に応えられるように努めております」と書かれていますが、今回の対応を見る限り、ユーザーの体験よりも課金誘導を優先しているように感じます。
長く使ってきたアプリだっただけに残念です。今後もこのように、これまで使えていた機能が説明なく制限される可能性があると思うと、安心して使い続けることはできません。
