App issues
The app won’t let me book. When you ring them the operator says it’s turned off. Why have an app if customers can’t book using it
No cars available issue
App always works for me for years. Recently it has stopped working and always says no cars available even though there are. Please fix!
Problems with usage started in last two months
The app consistently worked well for several years with no significant issues. Then since July it constantly says no cars are available!
However a quick call completes the booking and cars are definitely available for the time required (usually a future booking).
I Have deleted and reinstalled several times but the problem persists!

Simply does work
Please go back to Uber so we can book cars effectively. Issues:
- Needs to send a code to activate, code doesn’t.
- Interface is dreadful.
- Doesn’t work.

You’re not able to set it up as it doesn’t send to a code, and there’s no alternative or support on the app
