Got scammed and they didn’t care

I recently caught an unauthorized transaction for 150$ and disputed the transaction just for them to close my case and tell me there was a “lack of information”. I followed through with all the steps and they simply decided it was not worthy to refund me back. The 100$ is NOT worth it DO NOT USE THIS BANK. IT IS A COMPLETE JOKE.

Is this a scam?

With the amount of problems I’ve been having activating this account/using the app/getting in contact with support, I’m beginning to fear it’s a scam. The lack of responses from technical support and the one answered phone call to the (800) number that sounded as if it were answered from a car with the window down has me thinking this is not legit.

Wow so buggy! I’m trying to imagine how hard it would be for anyone who is technologically challenged to use this. This is supposed to be used by people who need financial assistance and all it does is add more stress to an already stressful situation. Good luck connecting your bank account with this app
