The worst app
It all ways seems like it’s always something with the log in it’s always always having technical difficulties it can’t log me in always so hard to log in
Can’t log in
I’ve been logging in with the same credentials for years and and now I can’t login even with my fingerprint. This has happened before and cleared up after a couple of days. But that doesn’t change the fact that it is annoying that it happens. I called my bank and they aren’t aware of any problems.

This is the worst app I have ever use yeah using it is fine but when you can use it. Every other time I try to get one it says there having issues come back later so I have to keep trying and trying. That happens quite often. Enough for me to come leave a bad review for it

This app is terrible
This app has kicked me off and signed me out numerous times in the past few months for no reason I have to keep putting in all my information
Must Log In Twice To Work
Every single time I log in, it says, “We were unable to process your request…” Then the app refreshes, and I am able to log in. For some reason the app has to do a reload of some sort before it will let me log in, but it won’t reload until I have attempted to log in. So I have to log in twice every single time I want to use the app. It’s frustrating. Other than that, it seems to function fine.

Absolutely Trash Banking App
Multiple times our Zelle feature has stopped working, preventing us from paying bills that require Zelle. When I call the number provided to fix the issue, I get put on hold for over an hour before talking to somebody - then get transferred back to the hold only to be hung up on! I’ve been loyal to this garbage bank for several years and now I’m going to find another.

No New App
I do not want to buy a new phone just because Anstaff changed their app. I’m very happy with the phone I have. Please figure out a way for me to not have to upgrade. I don’t buy a phone every couple of years. I buy a phone when my phone is completely unusable. I am rating your new app a 1 because it is apparently not functional on the phone I have now. Thank you for reading my review.

Perfect for what I need
I use this app almost every day and it is perfect for what I need. I am able to check my balances in real time, make bill payments, deposit checks, transfer funds and anything else I need to do.

One flaw
I like the on line bill pay except that I’m already in my account having logged in with my security, but can not pay my bills without entering my password again. That makes no sense.
Mobile app Anstaff Bank
I love the Mobile Banking. It is easy to use and I feel the system is secure. Being able to use my phone I can keep track of purchases daily. This helped me become alerted to a hacker situation on one of my debit cards. I was reimbursed quickly and in full. Thank you Anstaff Bank

Great app, needs minor tweaks
I use this app all the time. The one thing I really wish it had would be a running account total beneath each line item so you could see where your account total is after each purchase/deposit.
