Utterly freaking useless app - don’t waste your time on it
Very unintuitive
One of the most unintuitive apps I've used. I suggest you just ask normal people to use it, observe their struggle then improve it. Our council used to use Snap Solve Send and it was much better.
Waste of time
Couldn’t even search my address, comes up with no results as soon as I put the first number in. Completely useless.
Added home addy, now what?
No info on what i am to do with this app. Added my home addy but nothing happening. No idea on its use. really. Had hoped i could link to local council for rubbish collection date notifications over the holidays but nowhere to put or search for council details or anyone elses. Wasted my time so far with it.

Why is your council ….?
…repeatedly promoting your use of this App? Do you believe they really can’t use their existing communication systems to report/solve local ‘issues’? Maybe, just maybe, your council has a financial incentive for all the personal data this App collects (see their T&Cs), and sells onwards to the AI metadata analysis of corrupt impact investors? Want to lose more freedoms in 2024? Go right ahead a download & engage with this App. God help us.

Love It- Super Useful
I use to remind me of Bins, Rates due etc. also used to log a ticket re tree branches over walkway; water leaks in town; toilets on the blink; tagging. Etc. you can upload photo and drop a location pin. I always get a thanks for contacting job assigned etc so that’s good too.
Useless information and not at all what I need.
Sends notifications 24/7 and not at all want I wanted. Just needed to contact my local council online. Didn’t help with that what so ever.
Stupid
Another app that doesn’t rotate in an iPad and therefore we have to turn the iPad to work in portrait mode. Totally dumb in my opinion
Poor location accuracy
Whenever I log a report to council the location is way off and I have to set manually. Real pain to use!

We enter our Tauranga address and don’t get any rubbish or recycling notifications
Useful when it works
Good when notifications come through. Get flag to say there is a message but about 25% time nothing there when opening ie Weekly rubbish notifications don’t always appear. Messages don’t format to my 5se small screen size and no scroll on page to view bottom of message.
False Antenno notifications
The app is easy to use but an irritating quirk is that I receive false notifications that there are posts to read but there is nothing new. I have tested this by deleting all read posts eg having a blank space where new posts would show & today I got 2 notifications of new posts but none actually there. I have emailed Antenno & keep the app updated.

Great app - life changer
Finally our council has a voice, and can communicate back to community members. No more terrible mail chimp emails that arrive in spam, or stupid letters / calendars. Good work

What a great app. This is a great 2 way communication tool that is intuitive to use. You can also get location specific information so you not bombarded with useless notifications. I highly recommend the app!

Crude but works
Yet another app to report issues to your local council. The reporting process is super smooth and easy to use. But after reporting an issue there are never any replies or updates to it so you don’t know when it will be fixed. If this was a feature it would be an easy 5 stars
No updates
Despite other people also writing a review on this I also have had no updates for 6 weeks. Obviously since other people have also complained, nothing has been done about the fact that no one gets updates
Collection day reminders?
Just received my new bins from Hamilton Council. Booklet points to this app for collection day reminders, installed, opened and absolutely zip about rubbish collection. No point keeping this app.
