Exactly what I needed

Wow, I’ve never had an app be so perfectly organized for my exact need and intent. I’ve struggled with anxiety since I was in fourth grade, I wish I had this before. Free, simple, amazing. Such a great way to easily track when you’re having ups and downs and easily detect exactly WHY you are having downs!! I searched for an anxiety log and got exactly that, can’t believe there’s only 2 reviews!

My only problem is I wish there was a way to start a log and come back to it, I see a timer on how long you were writing the log but I don’t understand the use behind it without a button to like come back to the log after you resolve? Could be a me thing, I’d love if the creator could explain.

The app is good, but has bugs

When you log an episode the issue is that the date that you enter is not the date the displays in the log so if you do pay to have an export of the dates are all wrong all the times are correct they seem to be off by like 24 hours it’s very weird.

Fix the Dates!!!!

Would like to give this 5 stars but the dates are off. When I go to record todays anxiety, the date is not for today, it is for tomorrow. I cannot send note to developer - looks like you can, but once to navigate to that page it has no Avenue to contact her directly. I will be searching for a different app as this information is very important to share with my medical team and I need it to be accurate. I see that there have been complaints about the date issue going back 2-3 years so it appears that the developer does not care to remedy.

Great idea, several bugs

Doesn’t spell check/autocorrect and scrolling through the dates messes with my phone. Also, the dates are completely off in the log, which is very confusing. I like the idea, but would really like the bugs fixed

Please add edit function

Great app but please add a remove or edit function for the physical sensations list. I cannot remove a mistake I’ve made.

Good tracking, inaccurate info

Just started today. The app reflects tge correct date on my entry but when it adds to log it puts the wrong date. No way to edit or fix. Just ok. I won’t export because I don’t want wrong date not coinciding with self-report.

Good

I just got the app because I have anxiety and have noticed it’s becoming worse. I really like the app however I think there should be an option that helps you do something about it.

Please update

I read through the comments and the problems reported a year ago are still an issue today. I’m using this to log anxiety and export to clinician but the dates being wrong is extremely bothersome. When I enter the date it always logs the day before. PLEASE FIX.

Helpful but...

This is extremely helpful but sometimes the dates glitch off and things delete. I very much want this app to work. This is the only one that track specifically the anxiety attacks that I have. I really hope the kinks can be worked out of this app. I really want this to be the main one I use.

Can data be backed up ?

I love this app two much and it’s the best tracker I’ve seen so far. I have two issues though, I have not figured out if this can be backed up to the iCloud and if it isn’t then there’s a chance I could lose all my data. The second is that there is no way bar to track the amount of time for panic / anxiety attacks.

Great!

This is really helpful to track my attacks and thoughts to figure out what is causing the deep problem. My therapist was very impressed by the amount of information that was being tracked.

The only problem is the dates on the log show up 1 day before they actually happened. Not sure if this is just me or anyone else is having the problem, just thought I’d share in case it needs updated!

Underdeveloped

Good concept but lacks the ability to edit what I have added(physical sensations etc) where I have made a mistake. The work around is to add the new entry again. Would prefer edit access.

Good but some flaws

This app has everything needed to log anxiety and has nice reporting and exporting capabilities.

However, the complete lack of autocorrect typing makes it almost unbearable to use. PLEASE incorporate this - it would make this app a pleasure to use rather than a huge struggle.

Also the date entries seem to be buggy. If you alter the date in an entry it doesn’t seem to always update, and the dates/times on the entry list don’t match what was entered.

I could live with the date bugs if autocorrect was added!

Some wrong things

The date and time are never right, the time is shown in i think military time? I’m not sure honestly. It’s quite infuriating I’m trying a new app. I use Daylio for my daily overall feeling and it’s awesome

Log Day

Like the app one exception. Even though user enters correct episode date, the day report shows one day behind. Specifically, I logged episode on 12/22/19 date but the report shows my typical events are occurring on Saturday 12/21/19.

Also, didn’t understand what the second level/measure was for so I just rated same.

Not bad

Basically a simple app that does what I need. Not only can I track my episodes of anxiety but the fields in the log help remind you to do something about it, not just sit there and endure it.

But there are two items that really need fixing. First of all, it apparently is connected to a spell checker because it underlines things that are misspelled. Great. But please connect it to the auto-correct functionality!! My thumb typing isn’t that good. So I’m having an anxiety episode and I then have the aggravation of continually backing up to fix typos so it’ll be legible!

Also, there needs to be a warning message if you’ve started a log entry and then mistakenly leave the page. Twice, I’ve had a full entry done and accidentally swiped to the right and poof! It’s gone!

Fix those two aggravations and it’ll be a decent app!

Actually does what it says

For once, an app that actually logs things according to anxiety, not depression. Simple, to the point, and keeps track of things so I can tell if what I’m doing works or doesn’t. Unlike a lot of apps out there that I’ve seen, this one actually delivers what it says in a way that’s simple and clear.

Exactly what i was looking for

i’ve been tracking anxiety in my notes but this is much better. gives u a look at your month +anxiety
