No more support
The app has no support making it useless, you no longer get notifications of activation so always miss visitors now if we’re not in, I’m glad I did not pay for the bell and it was a free extra, I’m going to buy a ring bell instead

Beware! Don’t buy or use this. It’s rubbish, it’s always been rubbish, it always fails and doesn’t send you pushes in a timely manner and when you tried to connect it won’t connect. The HelpLink domain in the App Store is now up for sale! Do not buy any software or device from these people because they are gone.

At present the app is not working at all it constantly wants refreshing. It used to work but has degenerated until it doesn’t work at all at the moment. Do not waste your money on any device that uses this software because you will lose everything.

Doorbell app needs update
The doorbell works fine, however the app has a lot to be desired. Pretty basic control over the doorbell and the firmware requires updating, as the time stamp is incorrect, with no way of correcting it on the app. There are also missing time zones from the setup menu.
Would be a good product with a little more effort put into the app to get the bugs sorted.

Password
We had a storm causing a power outage.
The camera still records and I can view in cloud but if I want to access it when someone has rung the bell, it states wrong password. I have tried to delete and reconnect as if unit is brand new and it keeps stating wrong password even when I’ve changed it…for the money spent it should work better or have a troubleshooting link. I Cannot find any info outside of manual that came with it.

My camera doesn’t work
My doorbell works once in 2 and my camera has not been working since the last update. Please fix this, at the price it costs, we would like to have something that works well.

Terrible terrible app. Doesn’t want to connect to 2.4 wi fi. Terrible camera when it even was working. This what happened when we buy everything made in china.

I unfortunately bought 2 of these and got a friend to also buy one. They will operate fine with my old iPad but my iPhone will not connect which is generally what you want. Absolutely gutted as I bought them for my holiday home and had internet installed!!

Could be much better
This could be much better. Sometimes it’s too sensitive and it rings constantly. Other times it doesn’t ring at all. It has a very long charge which is good but when it starts the battery to discharge it continually will ring. Very annoying! It can be a good camera when it’s working right. It has good picture and medium volume and control on the speakers

No notification to iPhone.
Door bell is pushed but there is NO notification sent to my iPhone.
Why does the developer not fix this? I bought the doorbell under the lie that this would give notifications to my phone.
Going to return it and delete this crap off my iPhone.

Absolutely horrible.
So, when I put in the Wifi and password, the word color was white. I could not see what I was doing and it took me 15 minutes to put in the Wifi name and password. And even when I was installing it, the slightest wiggle would make a horrible alarm sound. Installing it was a nightmare.

Not notifying my phone when it does
This app is only working part time and seems to be cheap China made crap. Don’t notify me when rang, sounds horrible on the mic, pulling previous

The app isn’t working with it
This doorbell camera isn’t working with the app at all. It doesn’t work and needs to be fixed now. I’ve tried everything and still it doesn’t work.
Update Ruined Notifications
After a recent update, you are unable to customize the way you are notified of motion or when someone rings the doorbell. Now it is a simple chime that cannot be changed, and isn’t distinguishable from other notifications. This causes me to miss it quite often. Not acceptable.
Terrible app
2 stars is over rated .. this app scams you . After the update they disabled record mode to the SIM card so you have to pay for the cloud which is why I will be deleting this app and getting a different doorbell
Avoid! No longer rings phone after updates
After recent updates, bell push no longer rings through on phone(only a silent notification, although sound is enabled), making me wish I had bought a Ring, rather than making a false saving on this doorbell, which has proved to be a waste of money
App not working again after the new update
Horrible Ap update now I get NO notifications of any kind. Why do you have a a product if you can’t make it work. The App update has failed again in fixing the problem with alerts for activities at the door including ringing of the door bell. Fix these problems as it makes your product useless.
Stopped working
The notifications have stopped working. I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling it a few times on both devices to no avail. It was always slow to connect but now I can only view the camera. Without the notifications it’s pointless. I have tried emailing the company but received no reply. Very frustrating
