Avoid this car-sharing service.
I’ve been using car-sharing services in Prague for about 8 years, so I’m very familiar with how they work. Unfortunately, Anytime has been my worst experience.
Everything works perfectly until something goes wrong. Then you’ll quickly realize that the company is not on the customer’s side. In my experience, they rely on their Terms & Conditions to reject complaints instead of trying to resolve issues fairly. Any small mistake or technical issue can end up costing you money, and it feels like the company is built around that.
I’ve had problems with them three times, and every complaint has been rejected. In my latest case, I was charged for an overnight rental because of what I believe was a technical issue, yet my complaint was dismissed despite providing an explanation and even having a witness.
If you want a car-sharing service that treats customers fairly when problems arise, I recommend choosing Car4Way or Bolt Drive instead. This was my last time using Anytime.

Great service with great support
I had been using Anytime ever since it appeared in Prague and had nothing but good experience with it. The cars are sometimes older, but more than good for driving around. I love the scooters, too, which are usually quite old as well, but still super fun.
When I had issues of any sort, the support was there and usually very helpful and are not hesitant to give you free credit for any inconvenience. Which is something the other popular car sharing in Prague does not have at all.

Friendly and good quality
I’ve used them several times and with any issues they have always been super friendly and helpful, good rates and good quality cars
Awful UX of registration
While going through registration process I realized how awful it actually is doing it in a form of chat. I'd love to see the map and app inside first before deciding whether I wanna register and give it all my personal data and identity. Ugh. And it's slow and CTA buttons in the chat are confusing bcz they're gray with opacity making it feels like it's disabled

Unfair fines even when good faith
*Very disappointing experience so far*
I want to share my ongoing experience with Anytime Carsharing.
During my rental I had a very minor parking scratch. I acted in full good faith: I left my contact details at the scene, informed the other vehicle owner, and reported to Anytime as soon as I could (my phone battery had died). The police did not issue any fine, as the matter was resolved responsibly.
Despite this, Anytime invoiced me 13,692 CZK — not only for a contractual penalty of 1,000 CZK (which I accept), but also for an estimated repair cost (not an actual invoice), plus “emergency service” and admin fees. The car was perfectly drivable and continued to be used by other customers, yet I was still charged for an “emergency technician.”
I am still in discussion with Anytime about this case, but so far the replies have been disappointing, I have felt treated unfairly as a customer despite doing my best to act responsibly.
I tried to resolve this amicably and even offered a fair settlement, but Anytime refused and instead I was met with rigid replies and an insistence that estimates equal “actual costs.”
Based on this experience, I will not be using Anytime again, and I advise others to be very cautious. I will update this review once the case is fully resolved.

Random Charges Without Explanation
I had a very bad experience with Anytime Carsharing. They randomly charged 1000 CZK from my card without properly explaining what the fine was connected to. No clear communication, no transparency. Be very careful using this service — they can deduct money directly from your card without giving you proper details.

Old carshare service
Absolutely old application, necessary to take a picture of car all the time. Comparing with new car share services this one this one is really old, also mostly old cars

They will fine you 70€ for parking without giving a chance to change place during 10 minutes. Bye anytime.
Shady pricing
They charge different prices for different people, significant differences. For the same car, there was a more than 500czk between my wife and I.
Pricing good, cars depend on luck, support minimal
I am conflicted about this service. The pricing is fine, esp. with weekend packages. Cars are new-ish but in wildly different visual and technical states. Support, from my experiences, is unfortunately indifferent to any issues (which is something that shocks me every time). And it happened few times that their service was completely unavailable during peak hours. So my shot? Has potential, needs polishing.

The carsharing and cars itself is great, but the app crashes too often
Awful experience
Beware these guys. Terrible service, cars are dirty and often damaged, and if you don’t carefully photograph every inch of a car, they may decide you’re responsible for some damage, and try to stick you with a bill for replacing an entire section of the body panels. Use with extreme caution.
