App is unreliable
The app has been barely functional for as long as I can remember. When uploading customers’ mail it will fail to upload random letters and it will not let you know. Whole time you think you’ve uploaded the letter to the customer. This is a HUGE ongoing problem. It’s fine when you have a few customers and can catch it, but when uploading over 50 letters at once it becomes a problem.

Crashing constantly
I haven’t been able to upload mail through the app for a week because when I go to the assignment tab it crashes every time. Really inconvenient.

Worst software of any of the virtual mailbox companies. Do not sign up with this company. Use I postal or Post Scan Mail
Totally unreliable
They cancelled my service after only a few months because the location shutdown. Total waste of marketing money. They didn’t even offer me to transfer address. Obviously stay away.

This is one of the most frustrating and unreliable apps I’ve used - it never works a and I constantly have to delete and re-download it. I would delete it all together if I didn’t have to use it!!
