Inadequate App
The website does ALL the functions you need to manage your snail mailbox, while the app only does a few…and not as well. This difference just billed me 3 times for the same request. I’m deleting it.
No plan information
When I log in there is no information to see regarding my plan and what’s included. There are constant adds that pop up.

Required address verification kills this service
I’ve been Customer for a long time and love the customer service at the site where I have my box. However, at some point in recent years, the USPS has shifted the requirements so that you must verify the address that you’re forwarding your mail to. Which is really ridiculous since I can just walk in and pick up my mail with no verification required. Further, if I want to ship something to somewhere other than my home address, for example, to a sibling, or if I am traveling, I have to go through the whole reverification process all over again. It’s both a time and financial cost that I’m unwilling to bear and I’m going to close my account.

We’ve used this App for a few years and have never had any issues whatsoever. Works flawlessly and the support team is awesome!

Needs a zero star scam does not work
Crooks
Trying to cancel/delete the account is next to impossible. They make it absolutely impossible so they can drain as much $$ as they can.
Customer service
Customer service does not make sense when they communicate with you and contradict themselves, leaving you having prolonged conversations instead of dealing with the issue. Mailbox stations do not provide a level of service commensurate with the fees is charged.
Subscription
Can’t cancel subscription through app or website. Need to use only laptop

Embarrassing app quality
Why’s your app still terrible after YEARS? No improvement ever - still full of the SAME glitches and obvious shortcomings. Like why can’t I select and copy a tracking number from a forwarded shipment? STILL? This app has been around for such a long time and still reflects embarrassingly poor, low-budget, incompetent app development capabilities. Get a real IT team and stop playing “bad at everything small business”. Absolutely pathetic.

Not transparent
All sorts of hidden fees, nickel, and diming. Been charged 2.61 to update my payment method. Now the money I have in the Canadian account is not enough and I will pay the entire storage fee for 11 items. For an entire month thanks anytime mailbox.
Hate the service
I was not able to use the service even a day because of their policy but have to pay 25$ fee, think twice before using them.
Wish it would
I wish the app had ability to choose carrier, here in Canada the Canada Post won’t deliver to some addresses. Making mail Forwarding a nightmare. I have 3 parcels lost out there somewhere. I am not given an option to choose FedX, Purolator, UPS.
Easy and effective
Didn’t even bother with reading the bad reviews, getting it set up is a challenge but it has been working fine for a year, easy to pickup mail. Takes seconds to mark for pickup. Simple, effective, works.
The best Virtual Mail service out there
I have been a user since 2015 and can’t say how happy I am with the service and the convenience of it! It’s affordable and I highly recommend it

We have been using this service while living out of the country for over two years and it’s been nearly flawless.
There have been a few nuisance bugs in the app, but they were fixed quickly.
I believe that Anytime Mailbox is a platform that allows local P.O. Box suppliers to provide this virtual mailbox service by using the anytime mailbox backend and scanning hardware.
Ours is hosted by a local mom and pop place that was where we used to live.
The service can be phenomenal; if it’s not for you, you may want to try a different location within their network.

Doesn’t work
Jumped through all their hoops to sign up, my mailbox doesn’t receive any mail, and support is nonexistent. They direct me to some local manager who never responds. Horrible service.
It’s OK
The app is OK. My biggest complaint is that you can’t edit forwarding addresses in the app and you have to have a computer in order to do so when 99% of the time I’m accessing the Internet I’m doing it through my phone or a tablet.Which doesn’t allow the edit fix it please
