Only one bike per account
The only thing that is slightly annoying is that you can only rent one bike at a time, my son and I wanted to ride together he’s 11 yo and I couldn’t book two bikes on the one device. Thankfully we set up an account on his tablet to get a bike for him…. I would make allowances for minors to be allowed to ride with parents on the parents account. Apart from that the whole experience was great the app was very simple and the bikes sturdy and cool to ride. Highly recommend

No Refund for Unused Credits
Be aware that wallet credits are non-refundable, even if you permanently leave Singapore. Disappointing policy.
