Unreliable

Doesn’t show bus timings anymore. Bus number and interchange drop menus don’t function. Deleted and reinstalled the app, now can’t sign in.

Unable to reset password

Only signupnor login but can’t reset password as advised by eddy chatbot. What is this app user experience design?

Login only with +65

The app assume that only people with +65 mobile number should be allowed to login to download receipt. Foreigners cannot download receipt. Before we could, now we cannot.
