Was only showing the wait time and that too want updated. Had so much potential to show us the path with location services and the track the number the people, suggest rides in time

My app doesn’t open at all.
My app doesn’t open at all. I can’t access it, and I’m unable to view the map either. Also, on my friend’s app, the waiting times are completely inaccurate—we end up waiting much longer than what is shown. During the busy year-end period, it said the wait would be around 50 minutes, but we actually had to wait for nearly three hours, which was very frustrating.

待ち時間表示が実際とかけ離れていて全く信用できないん。表示50分が150分、5分表示が110分待ち。更新も遅く、行動判断に使えず非常に不便で不満です。
