Compatibility

The latest app and its predecessor is not fully compatible with an iPad the future transaction closes the app and sign you out of the login. Works ok on the iPhone otherwise the app is very good on all devices. Hopefully this little bug is fixed on the next iteration ANZ releases.

Fraud

Transactions that are still pending should be stopped immediately if they identified by customers. ANZ says that they cannot do anything until the transaction settles.

Regularly a day behind

What’s the use of an app that is regularly behind in showing transactions. I wish it would at least indicate that a particular payment is pending. If I log into my account using my laptop I can see that a scheduled payment has been made, however, the app is usually slow in reporting transactions that are not visa transactions. It is frustrating.
