Unreliable and disappointing
This app frequently fails, pension values are not reliably updated, and it does not inspire any trust in Aon. Transferring out to a more modern offering - pensions are simply too important to be left here.

Impossible to make any changes in the app to anything, terrible

I log in to my account successfully. That’s when the problems start. Whenever I click anything in the app, it redirects me to the login screen. I log in successfully, and I’m back on the home page. It just keeps happening over and over.
Bad!
Slow and always takes you to external links/pages which 70% dont open or load.

This was a great app but no longer works since the last update. Really disappointing.

Great to be able to view my pension value and update my details. Really easy to use with my biometrics switched on!
Benefit page not available
Everytime i try to access my benefit page on the app it move me to safari and ask do download “OSSOInner” file. Then the download fails. Please fix this

This is a great tool to help plan for retirement and manage your pension plan. I would certainly recommend the usage of the app.

When I try to login the login page refreshes before I can type in my credentials. Useless.

Click on anything and it will take you to the website, the only purpose of the app is to allow you to log on to the website.

Clear info at a glace
I like that i can easily see my fund value now at a glace. Theres a lot of information here about my oension and i like that i can get to the info now much quicker.

Useful content, easy to transact
I use this to look at my pension value, which is shown clearly. When I want to, I can also explore information about managing my pension and other aspects of my money, which is really useful. I can also make changes to my investments. I also tried out the recently updated retirement modeller and it was super easy to use on my phone.

Downloaded the app, logged in after a helpful call to a very friendly customer service team, and now I can see my fund value and how to start planning for my retirement 😁 happy days!
