Impossible to login
When I try to login the login page refreshes before I can type in my credentials. Useless.

Click on anything and it will take you to the website, the only purpose of the app is to allow you to log on to the website.
Why can’t all the information be contained within the app.

Clear info at a glace
I like that i can easily see my fund value now at a glace. Theres a lot of information here about my oension and i like that i can get to the info now much quicker.

Useful content, easy to transact
I use this to look at my pension value, which is shown clearly. When I want to, I can also explore information about managing my pension and other aspects of my money, which is really useful. I can also make changes to my investments. I also tried out the recently updated retirement modeller and it was super easy to use on my phone.

Finally! I can start planning my retirement
Downloaded the app, logged in after a helpful call to a very friendly customer service team, and now I can see my fund value and how to start planning for my retirement 😁 happy days!
Love this app
This app takes something that can be confusing and makes it straightforward. I can quickly see my pension balances and benefit information without hunting around or dealing with complicated menus. The clean design and clear presentation make it a genuinely useful tool.

Can’t access my pension after latest update
Just updated the app and when click to access my pension it goes to Safari as usual but wants to download OKTAISSO, clicked download but it never progresses any further. Does this app ever get tested?!
Log in now working since update
Finally relieved to see that the log in issues has been resolved. For the 1st time in months it sent a verification code to confirm and let me in.

This is by far the worst app I have ever used ! Never works your lucky I can’t lower then 1 star !
