Not happy with APMEX quotes way low and then didnโt give me the bonus they promised.
I will not buy or sell on APMEX again. I feel I was not paid enough for my silver. I feel I was totally under quoted for my silver. Never again.
Customer Service
Value is great but Customer Service leaves a lot to be desired. I tried so many times to checkout with my order and finally called the help line. She sounded annoyed and placed me on hold then came back and said she would send me a bill and I could pay by check. I finally deleted my order and started again. I got it thru but it took so long the price went up $25. I was really annoyed. She will get old someday too. She should have more patience and try to help not get ticked off.

This is all stupidly expensive, almost two to three times the cost rather then buying from a LCS
