They behave like mafia
I have been buying metal from them for last three years. I placed an order for buyback. I was going to ship and then I got sick to the point that I was on the life-support and almost lost my life. Two days ago.; I was trying to place an order.
The app asked me to contact them so I called max and I was told that I owe them $1059
I advised them that I was very sick. I almost lost my life. The customer service it transferred me to his boss name. Sam was very cold. He had paid or else! I am very disappointed . Be careful.

I purchased an item because it was on sale. A week later it is no longer on sale but the price dropped just as much as silver spot has dropped. Called and asked why this is and basically they told me it is what it is. This was my first and last order with them.

Goldback
I bought several coins with that offer last time for family members on different days and different addresses but with my credit card and only 1 goldback was issued for all the coins I bought. So, itโs probably 1 goldback per credit card regardless of different addresses and different days you purchased them. Had I known that only one would go out for the credit card used I would have bought all 5 at once and saved in each $9.95 shipping charge for the other four orders.

Some decent app only deals but fedtures dont work
Tried repeatedly to use a special app only code and it never worked. Set multiple price alerts and they never alert- even double checked notification settings etc. Nada. What's the point?

They are painfully slow, when they messed my order and they want you to contact your bank for refund instead of providing a refund. Make the whole experience not worth buying for APMEX, there are so many other better options out there
