What's New in Apnea
2.0
October 8, 2026
Version 2.0 — rebuilt from zero. The timer now survives a locked screen. That sounds small; it was the bug that made every recorded hold wrong. • Train with your eyes closed — voice cues and haptics call every phase • Deep Mode dims the screen to almost nothing and lets sound and touch carry the session • Every hold is logged: personal best, streak, and a 90-day trend • Your plan is built from your own measured breath-hold, not a generic table • We removed the hyperventilation exercise and wrote an article explaining why it was dangerous Dry land only. Never in or near water.
