After using several apps for dry apnea training, I can easily say this is the best available. More than just an app, this feels like having a personal guided coach going through theory, movement, and breath practices to extend breath hold.

Static Apnea Becomes Fun
I am pretty happy with Apneo!, the platform is very user friendly and easy to navigate! . The static drills has become so fun, making it really enjoyable way to start your day holding your breath. There’s also a lot of valuable knowledge about how to warmup, approach training, safety and of course improve your breathing techniques. Great experience overall!
