Our family used mygroup app to reserve an interpreter for today’s family financial meeting. The process was so easy and we paid $1 for each minute that was interpreted.

Meeting with Financial Advisor
App MyGroup is great opportunity for profoundly deaf like me to have a meeting with financial advisor at my parent’s home with family in island of Hawaii. It took 1 hour to discuss important financial matters.

Never thought it would be so easy to have access to an interpreter & be able to communicate with a deaf person. Incredible way to use technology to have a certified interpreter at those family gatherings or last minute events. The depth of conversations I’m able to have now are life changing.

Unable to open
I want to be able to download and open this to give it a try. Please fix this problem, also would I be able to use this for ASL patients at work (EMT) as needed basis or does it have to be scheduled out ahead of time.

Hi, are you getting a specific error message when you say you're unable to download the app? Just want to clarify this app is for social and family interactions and for medical/legal visits, it's best to contact your local deaf and hard of hearing center for recommendations. Within the app, interpreting request can be scheduled on an as-needed basis. If you need to troubleshoot, please email me at: brandon@appmyear.com
