Meta y su impacto en la app
Los desarrollos de las redes sociales, especialmente de Meta van infinitamente por delante de apphi, por lo que la app no se adapta a lo existente, de hecho no ha habido cambios en esta app por meses. Además que se ha de recordar si usar la app o escritorio según qué cosas. Es por eso que solicito darme de baja de su servicio (al ser ajeno al appstore, les estoy escribiendo a sus formularios).(17 de julio)
Actualizo reseña a 7 de agosto. Que nadie se suscriba. Siguen sin darme de baja tras varios mails y me han vuelto a cobrar la mensualidad.

Wasted money
I am completely upset with this app. I was able to consistently schedule posts until some idiot decided to require the use of an “app” keyboard. I paid for a year subscription and with this new requirement, I can no longer add text to my posts which make’s Apphi completely USELESS and a complete waste of my money!

Accoount not working
I didn’t use the app for one week and it said my account was inactive or deleted. There is no way to reactivate my account and when I made a new account, it kept giving me error codes.

No Dark Mode…
it’s good, but it doesn’t have a Dark Mode at all… something that should come with all apps like this.

Horrible customer service
This company makes it so hard to cancel. After I canceled I got charged again and then I was told their “policy” doesn’t give refunds. I reached out the same day I was charged and they are still responding to my email 2 days later telling me they don’t give refunds. So now im stuck with a

The amount of features in the app is impeccable. When comparing it to the other apps there was always something they were missing a feature i wish they had to make my life easier. Well Apphi had it. The AI caption creator and post creator feature, is simply amazing, it Wowed me. Everything you will need to schedule and keep content going smoothly and efficient they have a feature for.
Automatically saving captions hashtags, post scheduling time. Tedious task you have to continuously do in other apps, it’s a one time set up then automation.
This company is the future innovation we need in AI to make our lives easier by automation. I’ve noticed i spend days away from social media now thanks to them.
This has freed up so much of my time, and energy.
The app is very smooth, i haven’t noticed any glitches and I’ve been on there for a month now with premium membership. The membership is worth it and i highly suggest. the amount of features the app have justify the membership pricing you won’t regret it.
Customer service is out of this world. They respond back right away, and go above and beyond to help you navigate and solve any issues. That alone sold me to buy my membership. I’m still waiting on an email back from other apps.

THE WORST
They just stole $300 from me and refuse to refund it back!!!!! I never got an email or anything they just took it from me, then sent me a rude email saying no they are keeping my money!!!!
Multiple issues and couldn’t log into the app
I bought the app last year to start posting on my Instagram. At one point that it actually did post my scheduling for my posts, but then… After having to pay for the app again and restart the program, it did not schedule nor did I post the schedule times for all of my Instagram posts. I had to talk to customer service and rely on the issue and they even told me that they stop doing that even though I needed that just to help out with my other jobs. Terrible.

Horrible Customer Service
I love the app at first. As I began to dive into using it more, I found things that I did not like about the app. Posting manually is not some thing that I enjoyed at all, also customer service was horrible. You could never reach a live person. Their phone number is a Google phone number. It was all suspect. I have reached out to them several times because I canceled my subscription, and they still charged me for the force subscription. No one has ever responded to my emails or phone calls, which is horrible customer service. They need to do much better than this!!!!!!! I would like to speak to someone, but at this point, I guess it’ll never happen.

Stopped working
Too expensive. It stopped working a few weeks ago. Emailed customer service. Never responded. I used for a few years.
Love this app - though it needs slight tweaks
One thing that I would like to see is - a better tag system where it recognises tag names. Instead I have to reference them from instagram which - isn’t streamline at all.
I’m sure it had that feature before when I used it a couple years back. Hopefully something like this is added because other platforms and apps for scheduling have this feature.
