We're very sorry about your experience with the app. We did had to remove points collected from 2020 work activity for all our app users. Unfortunately, we did not communicate it the right way earlier, and we understand your frustration. We are sorry about that. Please write to us directly at app-feedback@appjobs.com if you need more info about that.
Junk
Horrible
Wonderful apps
Worst app
Good start, disappointing finish
Now I can’t even log back in, as when I click to open the app, it send me to update, and from there when clicking open, I’m sent right back to the page with the only option to “update”. Very frustrating, especially since I’ve been working so hard this month and was of course and ironically, only days away from completing my challenge to get 12 coins I believe it was, (it was $4000 in deliveries). If it winds up that I’ve lost all my progress and thus will not meet the challenge, I will be deleting the app and making sure the friends I suggested it to are aware of this issue as well.
No puedo entrar a la app
Probably will delete soon

Thanks for taking the time to give us feedback, particularly if this isn’t something you’d usually do. To start off with, we would like to point out that we do take all feedback onboard, we do listen and most importantly appreciate users taking time to tell us how we could improve what we do. Our product is in constant development, we understand that at this moment in time it’s not as advantageous for part-time workers and we’re truly working on rectifying that. It’s also important for us to underline that we do not sell people’s information, nor are we solely focused on our own gain and profits. While we’re fully aware we’re not quite there yet, our primary focus is to provide gig workers with an app they can use to maximize their time and income, make more informed decisions about when and where to work, be rewarded for the work they’re already doing and so on. We also invest in community projects aimed at supporting gig workers. All this to underline once more that our primary concern is providing gig workers with value, not abusing people’s trust by selling data or whatnot. Honestly, we’re sorry you no longer find our application useful and we’re also extremely sorry you feel like you’re not being listened to and that your time was wasted. We can assure you we do listen, we do care about your feedback and we’re developing the app as we speak to make it more valuable for all gig workers.

Hello, we're sorry you lost your points and we understand you worked hard to collect them. However, we did communicate they will expire and we used each channel we could to make sure you can cash them out on time. We notified our users with email, push notification and in-app message. Hope you'd like the new version of our app as we switched from points to coins that won't ever expire. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out to us at app-feedback@appjobs.com.
Useless
Edit: well I didn’t think it could be worse but I’m deleting the app. The new point thing is stupid. Why are you tracking my app work if I won’t receive points unless I try a challenge or invite people? Very pointless app now.

We are very sorry that changes in the app made you feel this way. Unfortunately we did not communicated them the right way earlier and we understand your frustration. We are sorry about that. Our intention with the app has, and always will be, to produce something that delivers value both to gig workers and the platforms they work on. Unfortunately we were not able to keep up with old way of giving point in order to still doing that. We don't plan to make any changes to the base value of cards or the exchange rate from points to $. From 4th January onwards, you'll now collect 1 point for each $2 earned and be able to redeem a maximum of $20 per month. Points will still be given based on when your work activity happened, but will now expire at the end of each month. We will be expanding the ways you can earn points in the future, including campaigns that boost points earned through specific gig apps, and rewarding other activity with points–such as providing reviews for the apps you work with. Look out for updates on this in the coming weeks! I also want to ensure you that all login details to your gig apps are fully encrypted and we don’t have access to them or store this information in any way. We also can't change or remove any of your data. Your passwords are 100% safe and you data is fully secure. Please contact us at app-feedback@appjobs.com so we can help you resolve the issue.
Nearly impossible point structure changes
May 2021: The app has now implemented its changes. More challenges are needed. A part timer like me couldn’t possibly make $2,000 in 30 days to earn a measly $5 gift card.
