Junk

Sitting in front of the next delivery address, but the app has a “retry” button instead of allowing me to scan my next package. This app screams “clunky javascript website with 10,000 dependencies packaged as an iOS app.” So many problems. You have to slide the “slide to complete” bars just right, and if it’s super sunny out and you can barely see your screen, you may miss that you didn’t slide it just right, be out of the delivery area, and then have to get back out of your car and walk back like an idiot to complete the delivery. How come there isn’t a small compass on the map? Sometimes the gps thinks you’re facing a different direction. Show a dang compass so I don’t have to zoom in for the street names to appear so I can figure out if it knows the actual direction I’m facing or not. So many issues, just gonna stop here and see if the retry button is working yet…

Nope, isn’t working. Had to use the “GPS not working, I’m at the address” sounds like it’s a common issue…

Update 1:
Every time I login, I have to select “login as a different user” instead of entering my password. If I don’t, the OTP confirmation screen doesn’t ever show up and it just stays on a loading screen. I get the text with the number, but have to force close the app and select the sign in as a different user option.

Update 2:
On my second to last package today, it took me to an address like usual, but when i got out of my vehicle to grab the package, I noticed it said “pizza hut” but I was at a residential address. I looked it up and it was pizza hut’s address, so I drove 10 minutes over to it and had to update the pin. Every day some weird clunky stuff happens…

Update 3:
Why can I not scan totes when you drop them off? Scanning every single package wastes so much time and the scanner is so clunky and slow it’s easy to miss one…
