Signed up-no work

I have been signed up, and approved for deliveries for over 6 months and I check the app almost daily or more, and I have gotten ZERO offers/deliveries. I get that I’m in a small town (100,000 pop), but this is ridiculous. Now I’ve lost my job and I absolutely need to earn money for my family. Can someone look into this and help me please?!

Amazon is a joke

They suck

Muy mal pagadas las rutas y por encima sin información de ruta o cantidad de paquetes el pago por hora está bien para un trabajador promedio pero el vehículo y la gasolina donde está contemplada . Es una total burla

Better scanner

Better scanner always issues when scanning the barcodes then your forced to type in the address manually that causes delay at different stations Would be nice to see Air stations at different stations so drivers can pump air in tires while they wait for block schedule More water supplies for drivers snacks other then that I love driving for amazon

Good app, but drivers deserve better pay

The app works well overall, but driver pay should be higher considering the time, fuel, vehicle maintenance, and physical effort required. It would also help if drivers could scan packages earlier before the block starts, since scanning large routes can take a long time and reduce delivery time. Better pay and more flexible scheduling would make Amazon Flex a much better experience.

Request features

1.) Offers, when scheduling blocks the app can display the already booked out calendar in order to be able to better schedule available offers with scheduled blocks. The current system requires contractors to physicall write down the scheduled blocks and check it to coordinate potential offers or remember them.

Horrible

If your looking for a stressful job this your go to. The app is inaccurate they don’t make any decisions improvements when given criticism. The map is inaccurate also super slow. U would of thought this app would of top tier for its drivers since it’s 2026 but no it seems a elementary student set up the maps and stops and how to go to places horrible app horrible company

Map volume

The app is great and it’s very user friendly but I would like to see an addition to the map settings that allows the user to change the volume of the voice that is giving you directions. With the amount of road noise, it is difficult to hear the commands coming from the map. The map volume does not match the volume of the radio. It will lower the volume of the music that is playing to speak over that but it is not loud enough to clearly understand unless you are traveling at very slow speeds.

App is ok, not good

Your delusional if you think this app is the definition of excellence. Buggy mess

High mileage, insulting pay

Expect to be used like a midnight dancer making $10-14 an hour after gas and wear/tear. The app itself also has a lot of issues with what seems like bots snatching shifts. My 2nd block was 3:59 am, 66 miles away to the fields from the Texas chainsaw massacre movie….132 dead miles and I was awarded $5 on top of the base pay I kid you not.

Amazon fix your app!!

1. For the last month or so it’s been too many routes that are mapped completely out of order!
2. Please, keep the flashlight on for night/a.m. deliveries so we don’t have to manually put it on each stop to scan packages
3. For night/a.m. deliveries, please keep flashlight on until after we swipe for next stop. A lot of residents don’t have their porch lights on and we can’t see on the walk back to the car.
Fix your app! At least act like you care!

USELESS NAVIGATION

Considering all these extra steps to ensure a driver isn’t distracted, why is it that when you tap start travel, the damn arrow looks the opposite direction and then doesn’t even move once you start going forward?
And what’s with the ridiculous organization for these damn stops? What the hell do you mean drop off at one house, continue for five more and then have me make a u turn to go BACK TO THE SAME DAMN HOUSE?

Fix the map fix the navigation.

Drivers support

The app is good but the drivers support is really sucks they never trying to help you every time you have problems they telling you don't worry we gonna fix it but later when you see you have problems on your standing some of them don't even trying to talk with you when you telling your problems they hanging up on you
I had problems with checking in I called them they said sorry to hear that we going to solve the issue but nope
After that during the delivery my car broke down and I called them they said i can return the package that left with me back to the warehouse when i fix my car and i did the same thing again on my standing that i didn't complete the delivery
Every time calling driver support and they not helping you at all
If there was a 0 star for driver support i would give that 👎

They overuse the drivers.

Honestly, I don't feel valued or appreciated; I feel like Amazon Flex exploits and takes advantage of independent contractors—us, the Flex drivers. The rates for these blocks don't benefit us at all; we aren't making any profit. Everything has gone up in price—gas, vehicle maintenance, more miles driven, and more wear and tear on the car. Plus, our safety hangs by a thread, yet Amazon Flex pays peanuts. You need to raise the block rates immediately, because you don't factor in tolls, gas, vehicle upkeep, or the daily risks we take working for you.

Not getting paid

I was given a scheduled block at 6:20am which starts at 6:30am on July 8,2026 and it takes 30 minutes to get there from my house and they don’t want to pay you for your time going there and when you get there it disappears off your phone after verifying your identity. I had a scheduled block for july 9,2026 and it gave me a route already and I parked clicked I parked and it said your packages aren’t ready yet but we will notify you when they are available so I went to the lady at DBA7 warehouse that was checking the drivers and she told me to logout and log back in and I tried several times and she had me lock my account so I call customer support and they said that I missed both so mind you that I am there waiting but yet I am not getting paid for it
