Bad experience
Booked taxi on the app. It didn’t arrive and had to call to see where it was. It obviously hadn’t gone through to the office as they then sent a taxi. So 15 minutes late. I added a card and selected card payment so my wife and friends didn’t have to pay. That didn’t work and they weren’t allowed out the taxi until paid. So overall the app is pointless
