Ordered taxi at Biarritz Airport using this app which I saw advertised on the side of taxis. The time of pick-up kept increasing so cancelled the trip, and was charged £45 for the privilege. I reported this to my bank – and won.
Scammers - Stay Away!!!
I was supposed to be a passenger on a cab ride with this company and the driver refused us access to the cab as I have two children. Turns out they aren’t a real taxi service but are private cars and do need to use child seats - but they don’t ask about the ages of passengers or if booster or child seats are required in any clear way… it’s under “extra services” rather than simply asking if any passengers are children. If you do find this hidden part of the booking form you are then charged extortionate extra fees for having children. They have now tried to take 20 euros plus from my account when all they’ve delivered is messing up a trip to the beach for my young children. Awful, awful company - just call another local company and save yourself the hassle of using these useless, discriminatory scammers.
