Good system, problems with bike maintenance and app
It’s really great that this system exists. It’s a great option for getting around the area. There’s decent availability of bikes throughout the network. However, many of the bikes are poorly maintained, from unresponsive electric motors, to inconsistent shifting. Worse yet, I rode a bike with the freewheel installed backwards, which literally caused to bike to self-accelerate itself as the pedals turned forward as the bike rolled forward, leading to a feedback loop of acceleration. It was very dangerous and could have led to a serious accident. In all of the instances of a dysfunctional bike that I had to return without riding there was no refund provided. Many systems will do this as a courtesy. Lastly, the app should show the battery level after scanning the qr code on the bike before unlocking so that you can avoid unlocking a bike with a depleted battery. Simple fix to the design.

Broken and dead bikes = waste of money
Serious issues with the bike roll out in my city. Every other bike that I check out does not have a functioning seat post, and as an adult over 5’ tall, this means I have no leverage while riding and makes it extremely uncomfortable and dangerous to ride the bikes. There are insufficient numbers of functioning bikes for the subscription model on offer (I see many bikes on the map with dead batteries, and many that are available are nearly dead). The fact that the app suggests that the subscription price will increase to over 60 euro /month for 400 minutes is a joke in light of all these issues. By comparison, a lime subscription is about 34 euro for 400 minutes /30 days, and I can actually exhaust these minutes. I deeply regret signing up for a month subscription of Pony- I was unable to use up the minutes I would normally have no issue using, due to vast numbers of broken bikes and dead batteries. I would really appreciate if pony would compensate me for this waste of money. Their service does not deliver.

No enough bikes
Les vélos sont sympas mais ils ne fonctionnent souvent pas ou n’ont pas de batterie. Bref c’est trop difficile de en trouver un quand on en besoin.

J’utilise souvent cette application et je n’avais jamais eu de problème jusqu’à hier ou j’ai pris une trottinette pour un trajet très court. Et je l’ai stationné à un endroit où je l’avais déjà stationné plusieurs fois sans avoir eu aucun problème !! Il y avait même d’autres trottinette à côté de là où je les laissais !! Donc je pose la trottinette je la bloque je valide ma fin de trajet comme d’habitude tout ce passe bien aucun message d’erreur je valide le montant qui est affiché soit deux euros et quelques et je suis débité de ce montant puis vers 19h le soir même je reçois sur mon application bancaire un message comme quoi je vais être prélevé de 15€ par l’application Pony !! Je me rends immédiatement sur celle-ci et je fais un signalement et j’envoie un message à l’intelligence artificielle de celle-ci qui me renvoie vers un employé Pony qui me répond par mail, et m’explique que j’ai soit disant commis une infraction car je n’ai pas garée la trottinette au bonne endroit et que au moment du blocage de la trottinette j’ai normalement reçu un avertissement comme quoi je ne pouvais pas laisser la trottinette ici hors ce n’est pas le cas et j’ai beau essayer de lui expliquer par tout les moyens il ne veut pas comprendre et maintenant il ne me répond plus !! Je me suis donc fait VOLER LITTÉRALEMENT 15€ PAR L’APPLICATION PONY POUR UN SIMPLE BUG DE CELLE-CI !!!
