The app asks me to rate it all the time. It is not user friendly like Aesop was for working in multiple boards, and you have to login multiple times to refresh it. Worst investment for Nova Scotia.

I do not get notifications when a job is posted It would be nice to get notification.
Big negative
The job offer feature for preferred schools does not consistently happen. As a result, other teachers receive the offers and I can’t see options for my three preferred schools on the job board. Very frustrating.

System is broken a lot, no one to reach, far too long to receive help and response, work calls are missed a lot even though you’re personally requested
No notifications
Why on the “job board” when I job pops up there is no notifications ? I have to stay on the app all day long and refreshing / closing the app and reopening. Jobs do not come through and notify you and it is very unfortunate as not everyone can be on their phones 24/7.

For some reason, I can view the jobs in the app on my computer but can’t see the jobs in the app on my phone.

Last year the app was foolproof and now it is an absolute mess. I just to work constantly with the app now I get no calls
Missing details
Functional app but missing a lot of details that are vital such as the teachers name and the grade, which is not available in the app on the website.
Garbage
Can’t login to my school board anymore after being promoted this past summer to update the app. I’ve called you guys and you say it’s on my boards end. I call the board IT dept and they say they can’t fix it. Can get in only via email. Colossal waste of time trying to figure this all out. I hope the school boards get rid of you guys.

Could be better
I feel like displaying the assignment code rather than the teacher we’re supplying for on the forward facing assignment image is a weird priority, instead I have to go through two different drop downs (not technically but in principle) to access that information, when aside from the grade and timing that should be the most relevant information to be able to access. I really hope that this can be changed in the future to make the app more helpful to the people it serves!

Absolutely Horrid!
Slow refresh on both the app and web version, frequently hangs, innumerable bugs, often necessitates logging off and back in again, useless features; hoping for a rival to this piece of junk soon!

App is fine when it works. I would be nice if you made it easier to switch between school boards if you work for multiple. Also the option for dark mode. It’s so bright.
The updates are non stop and keep logging me out!
I appreciate the updates but they are not letting me log in then. It is rather annoying!
Too many glitches
Anytime there’s an update and I update mine, it never works. It keeps saying there’s a technical issue. It’s been like this for about a week. No need for updates, if this is a recurring issue
