Unreliable

We booked a taxi in Florence from the Santo Spirito area to the train station. I put in my credit card and got confirmation 24 hours in advance that the trip was accepted. Then at the last minute 5 minutes before the confirmed pick up time they cancelled. We were stuck on the side of the street. I was not able to even order another taxi through the app. So we hauled our luggage to a busier street and then after being refused three times, finally got a taxi to take us. I will never waste my time on this app again.
