Be aware. The app does not work

We were in Florence for a week and never successfully ordered a taxi. It just spins and says “unable to find driver” You need to go to the designated taxi stations to get one. May work in other cities. But not in Florence

Great service

App is much easier than ITtaxi. Our driver Mary was so kind and wonderful. Easy to book- won’t accept the booking night before but tried again in the morning and it worked. Gives you an idea of cost as well. And notifications of what the car is and it’s in its way is fantastic
