From past 2 weeks i have been trying to book tickets and its accepting the payment ,my money got deducted and its not effecting in the app , app says sorry your transaction was cancelled and then again i have to call customer care to get back my money , and also as im entering my details perfectly and it says invalid user details like bro i have tried changing my password I entered the new password too but the scene is same , great salute to the app developer wahh thu

I am a student traveling from one place to another regularly and book the same bus last time when i booked a ticket it didn’t send me a ticket and it got cancelled

I had downloaded and booked the ticket. Waste bro, the money got deducted and ticket didn’t even book. Better to book in other platforms and their customer service is far more better. APSRTC customer care is worst. And the refund time frame is 7-14 working days, literally a whole freaking month. Tho never booking in this app bro

GPay payments failure
The new google pay integration for payment is continuously failing .amount deducted from Google pay and shows successful transaction in gpay , but APSRTC shows transaction failure . There might be something blocking in between please test properly before releasing.

Application is worst since last year to until my suggestion is don’t use this.
booked a bus 5-6 times through the APSRTC application, but every time, the amount was debited, and the seat was not booked. After 3-5 days, the money was refunded to my bank account, but with a deduction of ₹30-₹50 each time.
Disappointment with APSRTC Booking
Dear APSRTC Team, Surprise, surprise! I booked a ticket from Hyderabad to Markapuram for today, 13 March 2025, at 21:35 PM, with a pickup point at ESI. I paid via Paytm, but guess what? My booking is empty. Isn’t it impressive how your app manages to mislead users while pocketing their money? Bravo! Money has deducted but ticket didn't get booked.
I have tried booking the ticket. Money has been deducted but the page doesn't redirect., as a result ticket is not booked. Money is not being refunded too. Worst to the core. Book through redBus or any other website. It's pathetic how govt is maintaining this thing.
Cancellation is not working
Iam trying from 2 days, unable to cancel the ticket, tried multiple times, finally i logged-in into website and able to cancel from there. Pls fix this issue team.

Booking fails via phonepe or netbanking, they wont refund full amount they keep service charge or some fees 9 rupees. Is that a customer mistake for transactions failure these are successful transactions i am talking about but apsrtc says booking failed

Bus Tracking not working
I tried to search for the service number 4917 & upon clicking the track button it is not showing anything.Highly disappointed & handover the app development to well known private IT company 🙏🏽🙏🏽
