when i click backup mnemonic, it does NOT work, and it crashed after a few seconds

Some reason i can send out but my receiving address is invalid? I check and triple check, i received before as well

I can’t really recommend anyone use this wallet, it worked for one transaction and after that it stopped, I had sent some bitcoins sent and they are confirmed but not in the wallet, customer service was responsive but couldn’t help much which I understand with these things I guess.
Just go use Cake Wallet it’s easy and more secure, Sadly I have lost about 400$ on aqua.

An update where you can swap Btc for L-Btc would be convenient, maybe add a $5 per swap with $100 minimum requirement to swap. Wait... is L-Btc our future currency?

Deposit take too long
I was send money from the site to my bovada account and it is taking forever. I will be deleting this account

Hello, AQUA does not control how fast bitcoin transactions are confirmed as that is dependent on bitcoin miners. You may want to check out Blockstream Green which includes advanced features, such as the ability to increase your fee to improve the chances of a fast confirmation.
